You can request deletion of your Otter Studio member account and associated data. Requests are currently handled by an administrator; there is no automatic deletion button.
Request deletion
- Send an email from the address used for member registration or social sign-in to teco.li.email@gmail.comwith the subject “Otter Studio data deletion request”.
- Provide your Otter username and sign-in method (Google, Facebook or password). Specify whether you want to delete the entire account and associated data or particular creation records. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or access tokens.
- If Facebook did not provide an email address, include the username shown in My account after signing into Otter and an email where you can receive a reply. The administrator will verify your identity rather than deleting an account solely on the basis of an unknown sender's email.
- After confirming identity and scope, the administrator will process the request and reply with the outcome or any items requiring further confirmation.
After full account deletion you will no longer be able to access the original member and creation records. Signing in with a social provider again may create a new account.
Deletion scope
A full account deletion request covers member data, Google/Facebook identity links, login sessions, creation tasks and usage records. For security logs, backups or content already received by a provider, the administrator will explain the actual deletion scope and reasons for anything remaining. Disabling an account is not represented as completed data deletion.
Revoke social platform authorization
You can also remove Otter from your Google Account's third-party connections or Facebook's Apps and websites. This revokes platform authorization but does not automatically delete your existing Otter account and tasks. Follow the steps above to request deletion separately.
